Sales Development Representative - Hospitality Tech (Remote - Part-Time)

👤 The Responsibilities
Market Mapping: Proactively reach out to hotels and businesses to collect insights on their facility utilization and operational needs.
Database Building: Document findings and build a comprehensive database of the market landscape.
Pitching & Qualifying: Succinctly present the value proposition of new revenue streams to prospects.
Lead Generation: Convert initial interest into qualified meetings for the Partnerships Team.
Insight Gathering: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, reporting back on common objections and business needs to help refine the product.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
Experience: 1–3 years in an SDR or high-volume outbound role. Experience selling services, SaaS, or working within high-growth marketplaces (e.g., food delivery platforms, PropTech) is highly preferred.
Language Fluency: Flawless, full working proficiency in English is a must. You can navigate complex conversations with business owners and managers with ease.
Resilience: You have a "hunter" mentality. You aren't discouraged by "no" and thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup.
Communication: Ability to distill complex value propositions into simple, persuasive insights.
Self-Sufficiency: You are disciplined and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
