🎬 The Role
Our client is seeking an Account Management Lead who will be the driving force behind the success and growth of their existing customer base. This is a critical leadership position responsible for managing two junior team leads and their respective teams of 20 executives, with a laser focus on account expansion and renewals.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will balance a high-impact execution focus (80%) with strategic planning (20%). Your mission is to move their customer relationships from transactional to transformational, ensuring that clients fully leverage their comprehensive software ecosystem.
👤 The Responsibilities
Team Leadership & KPI Management
Lead, mentor, and manage two junior Team Leads and their Account Management and Renewals teams to meet and exceed expansion and renewal targets.
Drive a high-performance culture with a focus on operational delivery, tactical planning, and rigorous KPI management.
Ensure the team maintains a high level of engagement with enterprise clients (100+ employees).
Expansion & Renewal Strategy
Execute a robust renewal strategy for their larger customer segments, ensuring high retention rates and long-term loyalty.
Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full product suite (HR, Talent, and Spend).
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine the split between small-business renewals and large-scale account management.
Operational Excellence & Process Automation
Champion the transition of customer success tools to HubSpot, ensuring seamless workflow automation.
Comprehend and optimize process flows within HubSpot to enhance team productivity and data accuracy.
Provide structured feedback and insights to the product team to support the roadmap based on client needs.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
Experience:
Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years in Sales, with at least 3–4 years specifically focused on managing and growing existing business/account management.
SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
Leadership: Prior experience managing team leads or leading a sales/account management function.
Language & Location: Fluency in Arabic is critical for market fit. You must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
Technical & Business Skills:
CRM Mastery: Strong understanding of HubSpot (or similar CRM) and the ability to leverage sales process automation.
Execution Focus: A proven ability to drive results through disciplined execution and operational rigor.
Strategic Mindset: While the role is execution-heavy, you must be able to think strategically about account growth and customer health.
