🎬 The Role
Our client, a Y-Combinator-backed startup, is seeking a high-impact Customer Success Manager to lead implementation and adoption across Morocco.
This is not a classic Customer Success role. It is not about administrative follow-ups, static reporting, or passive relationship management. For this client, Customer Success is about operational transformation. We are looking for a hands-on expert who understands the reality of the warehouse floor and the transport office—someone who has the courage to challenge the status quo and ensure the TMS delivers real-world impact.
👤 The Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership: Lead TMS implementations from initial kickoff to full operational adoption, ensuring the platform is woven into the fabric of the client’s daily activities.
Operational Change Management: Walk into transport operations, identify what really works (and what doesn't), and convince stakeholders to change how they plan, execute, and decide.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hands-on with logistics, transport, fleet, and IT teams to bridge the gap between software deployment and operational excellence.
Value Realization: Push customers beyond the "go-live" milestone. Your mission is to ensure customers move from "we are live" to "we operate better," measuring success by actual changes in operational efficiency.
Outcome Ownership: Take full ownership of customer outcomes. You aren't just checking off tasks; you are responsible for ensuring the implementation results in tangible ROI and trust.
Strategic Influence: Navigate tough conversations and influence people who may be resistant to change, maintaining trust while challenging inefficient habits.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
Domain Expertise: Real-world experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management is mandatory. You must speak the language of the industry.
Action-Oriented Mindset: You are comfortable with confrontation and prefer reality over slide decks. You don't wait for instructions; you see a bottleneck and fix it.
Influence & Empathy: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from dispatchers to C-suite executives, especially those who didn't ask for change.
Implementation Grit: You understand that "go-live" is just the beginning. You have the persistence to stay through the hard work of adoption.
Language Fluency: Fluent in French with a professional command of English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
