Enterprise Account Manager - Banking As a Service Platform - Saudi Arabia
🎬The Role
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager, Saudi Arabia who will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding the relationships with their growing portfolio of enterprise clients. As the primary point of contact post-sale, you will ensure the successful adoption of the platform, drive high retention rates, and identify strategic opportunities for upsell and expansion. You will act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that the platform continues to deliver maximum value to financial institutions and fintechs in the region.
👤 The Responsibilities
Own the Post-Sales Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers, building deep trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
Drive Growth & Retention: Manage the full renewal cycle and proactively identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and account expansion to meet commercial targets.
Strategic Account Planning: Conduct regular account reviews and health checks, tracking customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and platform usage metrics.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with product, delivery, and support teams to ensure SLAs are met and any technical or operational issues are resolved swiftly.
Customer Advocacy: Gather and relay client feedback and market insights to the product team to influence the roadmap and ensure the platform evolves with Saudi market needs.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on account health, churn risks, and expansion pipelines, providing accurate forecasts to leadership.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
Proven Experience: 4–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech account management, specifically managing high-value enterprise accounts.
Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in driving renewals and identifying revenue growth opportunities within an existing client base.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fintech landscape (e.g., payments, lending, or digital banking). Experience navigating the Saudi Arabian financial regulatory environment is highly preferred.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex commercial relationships and influence C-level stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to resolving client challenges and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant plus), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
