Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Account Executive (Jnr. AE) to accelerate revenue growth by managing and closing a defined set of SMB/Mid-Market opportunities. This role is crucial for our next phase of expansion, focusing on delivering essential cloud management and security solutions to modern businesses. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, ambitious sales professional ready to step up, own a quota, and advance their tech sales career.
👤 The Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead handoff to close for a defined territory of SMB accounts.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and technical product demonstrations tailored to client needs (e.g., cloud migration, threat detection).
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new business contracts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Accurately manage and forecast your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and our security services portfolio (e.g., MDR, SOC as a Service).
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
- 1+ years of quota-carrying experience in a B2B sales role (SDR/BDR experience counts).
- Strong foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and/or cybersecurity principles (required).
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly competitive, resilient, and driven by a proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a dynamic pipeline.
