🎬 The Role

Our Client is seeking creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and visual communication. Passionate about Tech and F&B, this person will create engaging designs for their apps and marketing channels, helping elevate their brand and support client success. You’ll work closely with both the Operations and Marketing teams, contributing to loyalty program design and user experience improvements.

👤 The Responsibilities

• Design customized mobile apps using templates and design systems.
• Work with the customer success & sales teams to build mobile apps and create design visual
  assets.
• Own the full design process and timeline from concept to delivery.
• Lead existing app revamps showing leadership, creativity, proactivity, and independence.
• Maintain UI consistency and align with platform capabilities.
• Suggest UI improvements or new feature ideas to the product and dev teams.
• Demonstrate awareness of global brands and design trends and apply that to both app and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to design visuals for Demo apps, newsletters, product announcements, and updates.
• Create monthly feature one-pagers and LinkedIn feature GIFs.
• Design event banners, flyers, and print assets for trade shows and conferences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print collateral.

🎓 The Skills & Competencies

• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showing both UI work (mobile apps or web) and marketing assets.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Comfortable creating GIFs, icons, and print-ready files.
• Strong creativity and capacity to suggest and lead to improve existing tools and apps.
• Strong attention to detail, eye for layout, color, typography, branding consistency, and commitment to quality.
• Organized, able to manage multiple projects across departments independently, with strong creative thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in designing mobile apps using predefined templates and frameworks for F&B, SaaS, or loyalty tech.
• Basic motion graphics (e.g., After Effects for LinkedIn GIFs).
• Understanding of app UX principles (Tier-based customization experience is a plus).
• Exposure to trade shows or print production processes
• Familiarity with AI graphic design tools and interest in staying up to date with emerging AI trends
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with the app product teams if needed.
