Our Client is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Spanish Speaking to guide clients to success and ensure they achieve their business goals through effective onboarding, relationship management, and loyalty program optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success within SaaS or tech startups, excellent Spanish and English communication skills, and a proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
👤 The Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for mid to large clients with higher technical complexity, acting as project manager for smooth implementation.
- Own and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact after sales handover.
- Support customers in setting up and optimizing loyalty programs while proactively resolving issues.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product improvements when necessary.
- Analyze KPIs to help clients improve campaigns, suggest strategies, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as a mentor to junior CSMs, handling escalations and leading internal initiatives.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success (preferably in SaaS/tech startups).
- Detail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
