We are partnering with a fast-growing Inventory & Procurement platform that helps restaurants and hospitality groups ditch spreadsheets and streamline operations with smart, tech-powered solutions.
🎬 The Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel top-of-funnel growth by connecting with restaurants and hospitality groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B, hospitality, or F&B tech, and a proven ability to spark meaningful conversations, generate SQLs, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
👤 The Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and run creative outbound campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn, Loom videos, and voice notes).
- Engage hospitality decision-makers such as restaurant owners, GMs, and operations leaders.
- Conduct field visits 1–2 days per week to meet clients, walk restaurant floors, and attend industry events.
- Consistently generate 30+ SQLs per month to create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
- Experiment with new outreach tactics while maintaining a structured, organised sales process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects across channels.

- Proven experience in F&B, hospitality, or F&B tech (required).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Resilient, confident, and driven to exceed targets.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable balancing virtual outreach with in-person interactions.
