🎬 The Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Associate to expand their user base by onboarding new table-service restaurants onto their innovative payment and sales solutions platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and relationship management with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
👤 The Responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff through direct, face-to-face engagement in Abu Dhabi.
- Proactively generate leads while collaborating with the SDR team to arrange qualified meetings.
- Analyze sales reports and data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with the onboarding team to ensure new restaurants are quickly and efficiently integrated into the platform.
- Manage key accounts (10–20% of time) to drive adoption, identify upselling opportunities, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Provide strategic insights based on market observations to support management decision-making.
🎓 The Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize sales performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
